Your name
Your email address
Your phone number(s)
Item name(s) & Style number(s)
Description of proposed modification(s) per item
We will revert by email within 2 business days to inform if your proposed modifications are technically viable. If we are able to integrate your proposed modifications with the original product design(s), we will include in our reply a quotation for each proposed modification. Should you be agreeable to the quotation(s), please reply to the same email thread to confirm the exact custom modification(s) you wish to make to your intended purchase. Upon receipt of your reply, a Special Order coupon code (to be used in conjunction with your online order) will be issued to you via email. Special Order Coupon Codes You may add your selected items to your Shopping Bag as per normal and apply the Special Order coupon code when you are ready to checkout. Once the coupon code is applied, the respective custom modification charge will be displayed in Singapore Dollars (“SGD”) together with the Subtotal price of merchandise in your Shopping Bag. After you have reviewed all the line items in your Shopping Bag, please proceed to checkout as per normal.
