RETURN POLICY

As we are providing a highly personalized service, please note that delivered or shipped merchandise in perfect condition are not refundable or exchangeable, as each piece of merchandise has been specially made to fit only the client’s unique silhouette.  

Disclaimer
The condition of merchandise refers to the physical state of its workmanship, fabrics and other materials.  It does not encompass the final fit of the merchandise.  For all online orders, we seek your understanding that while we make every reasonable effort to follow the measurements you have provided, we cannot be responsible for the final fit of the merchandise, given that the measurements used in the fabrication are not taken in person by the representatives of Belinda Ang.

Faulty Merchandise
We endeavour to ensure that our clients receive only the best in workmanship and materials by inspecting every piece of merchandise for any faults prior to delivery or shipment.  In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise deemed to be in imperfect condition, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us at +65 9762 7666 within 7 days of receiving your order.  Upon verification of the fault(s) after further correspondence, we will arrange for the merchandise in question to be returned for repair.

We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for the return and repair of merchandise.  Depending on the nature of the fault(s), we may repair the merchandise or replace relevant portions of it.  Repaired merchandise will be delivered or shipped back to you at no additional cost.  However, please note that international clients may have to be responsible for taxes and duties levied by customs authorities on the repaired merchandise’s re-entrance into the destination countries.  

Important Information

  • Damages due to wear-and-tear, negligence or accidents on the client’s part will not be considered as faults.
  • Fabrics such as silk dupioni and Thai silk may contain variations and irregularities which are characteristics of fine silk yarn.  These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the fabrics and should in no way be treated as defects.
  • All returns of merchandise for repair must be authorized by Belinda Ang.  Unauthorized returns may be shipped back at the sender’s expense.
