or call us at +65 9762 7666 within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon verification of the fault(s) after further correspondence, we will arrange for the merchandise in question to be returned for repair.
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for the return and repair of merchandise. Depending on the nature of the fault(s), we may repair the merchandise or replace relevant portions of it. Repaired merchandise will be delivered or shipped back to you at no additional cost. However, please note that international clients may have to be responsible for taxes and duties levied by customs authorities on the repaired merchandise’s re-entrance into the destination countries. Damages due to wear-and-tear, negligence or accidents on the client’s part will not be considered as faults.
Fabrics such as silk dupioni and Thai silk may contain variations and irregularities which are characteristics of fine silk yarn. These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the fabrics and should in no way be treated as defects.
All returns of merchandise for repair must be authorized by Belinda Ang. Unauthorized returns may be shipped back at the sender’s expense.
