As we are providing a highly personalized service, please note that delivered or shipped merchandise in perfect condition are not refundable or exchangeable, as each piece of merchandise has been specially made to fit only the client’s unique silhouette. 

Disclaimer
The condition of merchandise refers to the physical state of its workmanship, fabrics and other materials.  It does not encompass the final fit of the merchandise.  For all online orders, we seek your understanding that while we make every reasonable effort to follow the measurements you have provided, we cannot be responsible for the final fit of the merchandise, given that the measurements used in the fabrication are not taken in person by the representatives of Belinda Ang.

Faulty Merchandise
We endeavour to ensure that our clients receive only the best in workmanship and materials by inspecting every piece of merchandise for any faults prior to delivery or shipment.  In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise deemed to be in imperfect condition, please contact us at +65 9762 7666 or service@belinda-ang.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for the return and repair of merchandise.  Depending on the nature of the fault(s), we may repair the merchandise or replace relevant portions of it.  Repaired merchandise will be delivered or shipped back to you at no additional cost.
